We take responsibility
We look after your project as if it were our own
When we become part of a project, we do not simply carry out what is written on an order form. We assess the consequences, challenge decisions and speak up if we see a risk or a better route.
It also means we think further than the delivery at hand: who should be able to run the solution? What happens if the need changes? How are data and investment protected? And how do we avoid a quick decision becoming expensive later?
You do not have to know all the right questions yourselves. That is part of the responsibility you hand to us.
- We look further than the single task
- We point out the risks
- We recommend what is best for you
More than a supplier
Many customers use us as their external digital department
Some companies have an internal digital or IT department. Others use us.
We help prioritise initiatives, make technical choices, coordinate suppliers, protect data and investments, and make sure the solutions keep supporting the business.
That takes more than technical skill. It takes knowing the company, the people, the solutions and the decisions that have been made over the years. That is why customers often work with us for many years.
“Coignite were essential in developing the DevelopmentLog platform, which supported our research into startup teams by giving students an effective tool for real-time project management. Their ability to work closely with us and understand our goals made all the difference, and secured a solution that matched our needs precisely.”
“Coignite’s expertise in digital development and innovation has been decisive for the success of our service platform. Their team has not only delivered a solid solution, but also a foundation for our future growth. My warmest recommendation.”
“Coignite has been a trusted partner in developing our Driver app, which has created real value by making complex tasks simple and efficient. Coignite’s reliability and understanding of our needs make them an invaluable partner in our digital development.”
“Through our many years of working together, Coignite has delivered creative and scalable solutions that not only engage our customers but also streamline our internal processes. Their understanding of our strategic goals, and their ability to turn them into user-friendly and effective solutions, have made Coignite a valuable partner in our digital development.”
Clear agreements from the start
You are covered from the very first conversation
The terms of business apply from the beginning. After that we add the agreements the task, the data processing and the operation call for.
We do not use more documents than necessary. But we make sure responsibility, rights and expectations are clear before the work begins.
The ground you stand on from the start
Terms of business
Sets out the general terms for the collaboration and protects both you and us from the very first conversation.
- Confidentiality before the sensitive details are shared
NDA when needed
When ideas, commercial matters or data call for it, we can sign a confidentiality agreement before the meeting or the pre-project.
- The frame around the concrete task
Project agreement
Sets out purpose, scope, price, responsibility, deliverables and approvals for the project or the stage.
- One shared frame for longer collaborations
Framework agreement
Makes it simpler to start new projects and stages without renegotiating the whole basis every time.
- When we process personal data
Data processing agreement
Describes roles, instructions, security and responsibility when Coignite processes personal data on your behalf.
- Clear terms once the solution is live
Service agreement
Describes support, maintenance, response times, responsibility and the ongoing handling of the solution.
We only use the agreements the task calls for. Not everything is relevant every time.
Documented IT security
Coignite carries the D-mærket label
D-mærket documents that we work systematically with IT security, responsible use of data and the organisational conditions around our digital solutions, among other things. The label does not replace our responsibility towards you. It is independent evidence that the internal framework behind the collaboration is in place.

You own your solution, and you are never tied to us
-
You own your solution
When we build something specifically for you, you own the agreed solution, your data and the project-specific deliverables. Where we use existing open source components or our own reusable modules, we describe clearly what is yours, and what follows its own existing licence terms.
-
You can always move on without us
You can take the solution further in house or together with another supplier. We want to keep you because the collaboration creates value, not because it is difficult to leave.
-
Documentation that can be handed on
We document the solution, the important decisions and the necessary access, so others can understand, run and develop it further. The level of documentation is agreed according to the complexity and the need.
-
A proper ending
If the collaboration is to end one day, we help with a controlled handover of the relevant code bases, data, access and documentation. We make sure your own people or a new supplier can move on properly.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality, when it is needed
Confidentiality is not only about documents. It also covers the knowledge we gain about your business, your customers, your processes and your future plans.
We only share information with the people who need it, and we sign an NDA when the task or your internal requirements make it relevant.
When the plan is challenged
Peace of mind shows itself above all when things do not go as expected
Faults, changes and unforeseen incidents cannot always be avoided. The difference lies in how they are handled.
We do not hide problems, and we do not leave you alone with them. We create an overview, recommend a way forward and take responsibility for our part.
-
We react
You reach people who know the solution and can judge the situation.
-
We keep you informed
You hear what we know, what we do not know yet, and when you will hear from us again.
-
We help you onwards
We do not just solve the immediate incident. We look into the cause and recommend how to reduce the risk going forward.
In daily operation
What you can count on in everyday work
The concrete operation depends on the solution and the agreed service. When it is part of our responsibility, we make sure the basics are not overlooked.
-
Clear roles and named contacts
You know who is responsible for what, and who to contact. The people you talk to know your solution and the history behind it.
-
Changes are agreed in advance
We assess the consequences for functionality, time and price before a change is set in motion. You should not be surprised afterwards.
-
Backup and recovery
When it is part of the operations agreement, relevant data and systems are backed up, and we have decided how the solution can be restored after an incident.
-
Requirements are considered early
We help identify the relevant requirements for data, security and industry conditions, so they do not become expensive to fix later.
-
Decisions are written down
Important technical and commercial decisions are written down, so you can later understand why the solution was built the way it was.
-
Ongoing risk assessment
We point out technical debt, dependencies, security risks and coming needs before they grow into urgent problems.
Peace of mind in practice
You should be able to rely on both the solution and the people behind it.
The collaboration in practice
Collaborations that last
Peace of mind is best measured in duration. Here are customers who have entrusted us with critical parts of their business, often over many years.
