From the first meeting to a solution that works day to day

Q: What does it cost to get started?

The clarification meeting is free and without obligation. The digital pre-project has a fixed price excl. VAT, and the price is on the page, so you know it up front. If you build on with us within 90 days, it is credited against your first stage. Development itself has a fixed price per stage, agreed before we start.

Q: How quickly do we see results?

We take what weighs most first. The first usable stage is typically in operation within weeks rather than months, and each stage can be used on its own.

Q: What if we do not know exactly what we need?

That is where most people start. We begin with the need and help you narrow it down at the clarification meeting. Sometimes the answer is that you should not build anything yet, and then we say so.

Q: Are we tied to you afterwards?

No. You own your solution and your data, and the documentation comes with it. We are happy to run the solution under a service agreement, but you can always take it in house or on to another supplier.

Q: Who do we talk to along the way?

The same people through the whole engagement, straight to the ones who build the solution. You are not a ticket in a queue. We look after our customers.

We start with what needs to improve, and follow the solution all the way into operation. You always know what the next step is, what you get, and what it costs. We take responsibility for the whole and say so honestly when something should be done differently.
