When does it make sense?
Does any of this sound familiar?
You know what hurts. A pre-project is for the choices that come next, and that are expensive to get wrong.
-
“We know what hurts. We just do not know where to start”
You get a prioritised order: what gives most first, and what can wait, so you can build it out in stages instead of all at once.
-
“Several solutions could work, and we cannot tell which”
We hold the scenarios up against purpose, economics and risk, so the choice rests on numbers rather than on a feeling.
-
“Do we build on what we have, or replace it?”
We look at what your current systems can carry. An integration is often cheaper than replacing something that works.
-
“We cannot work out whether it pays off”
You get a business case built on your own numbers. If it does not pay off, we say so.

Our promise
We help you make the right decision.
How we work
We find the core of the problem before we decide the way forward

- The core becomes clear Not just the symptoms, but what actually has to be solved.
- The connections surface Systems, people and processes as one whole, with no blind spots.
- The solution space opens up Several realistic routes, including ones you had not considered.
- The best route stands out Weighed against purpose, economics and risk, not gut feeling.
- The decision can be made A clear basis for deciding that you can act on.
Your basis for deciding
- The problem, written down
- Solution space and scenarios
- Concept and business case
- Prioritised roadmap
- A clear recommendation
A digital pre-project is not about documenting a solution. It is about removing uncertainty and building a basis for deciding, so you can invest with a calm mind.
What do you get?
Two things, every time
From here it is advice, not guesswork. You always get a basis for deciding, and something concrete when that is what moves the decision.
You get a basis for deciding
It is in every pre-project, also when the recommendation is “do not build this”.
-
Prioritised action plan
What creates most value first, with a price on the first stage.
-
Business case
Price and payback worked out on your own numbers.
-
Roadmap
A clear route from the first stage onwards.
-
Risk assessment
What can go wrong, and how we allow for it.
You get something concrete
We only include what moves the decision.
-
Prototype
Something you can see and show, where an idea needs to be made concrete.
-
Technical analysis
How the solution plays together with what you already have.
-
Workshop
So the right people on your side are involved and reach agreement.
-
Documentation
All of it gathered, so you can act on it, also with another supplier.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, and it follows you onwards
The amount is in a proposal after the free clarification meeting, so you know it before anything is set in motion.
- The pre-project
- from DKK 38,000 excl. VAT
- Build on within 90 days, and we take the amount off your first stage
- − the whole amount
- So the pre-project has cost you
- DKK 0
The whole amount comes off when the first stage is of a certain size. If you start smaller, we take off a proportional share. What applies to you is set out in writing in the proposal, before you say yes.
If you stop instead, the basis for deciding is still yours, and nothing more lands on the invoice.
We only start once we have agreed that there is a real project to work with. If the answer is no, we say so.
From pre-project to solution
Behind each of these solutions was a pre-project: several scenarios were weighed up before the decision was made.
