Do you have an idea you want to make real?
- We want to build a customer portal A portal where your customers find answers, place orders and follow their own cases, instead of calling or emailing.
- We want to build an app An app can be the right answer. Sometimes it is more than you need. We work that out with you before you invest.
- We want to digitise a workflow A manual process that eats time and produces errors can often become something the system handles on its own.
- We want to build an internal system When spreadsheets and workarounds no longer stretch, a system built for you can hold it all in one place.
- We want to build a digital product An idea for something new you want to sell or offer digitally. We help you find out whether it holds up before you build it.
- Something else Describe your own idea None of them quite fit? Tell us about your idea and we will look at it together. Describe it
Frequently asked questions
Our idea is not on the list. Can you still help?
Yes. The list is the ideas we are asked about most often, not a menu we stick to. If you cannot recognise your own idea in any of them, it is usually because it sits closer to your own business than to a product category. That is rarely a problem. More often it is the very reason the idea is worth building.
Describe it in your own words and we will take it from there.
How finished does the idea have to be before we contact you?
It does not have to be finished. We are most use while there are still choices left, because that is where the expensive ones get made. If you arrive with a finished specification we can build to it, but the decisions have already been taken.
Half a page on what you want to be able to do, and who will use it, is plenty to get started.
What if the idea does not hold up?
Then we say so, and you have saved the rest. It is cheaper to find out in a clarification than in a build, and a no at the right moment is worth more than a yes nobody wants to stand by afterwards.
We would rather have that conversation early than halfway into a project where the money is spent and nobody fancies being the one to call a stop.
Do we have to build the solution to find out whether the idea holds?
No. The idea track in a digital pre-project ends in a prototype and a basis for the decision, not in a finished system. You get something colleagues and customers can react to while it can still be changed.
If the idea does not hold, you can put it down without having built a solution nobody has tried.
We already have systems that work. Can the idea be built on top of them?
Usually yes, and it is often the cheapest route. Prices, stock, orders and customers stay where they are, and the new part pulls them from there instead of demanding that they be typed in again.
If your current system does have to be replaced, that is a bigger decision than the idea itself, and we would rather take it separately than fold it into the idea.
What does it cost to have an idea tested?
A clarification meeting costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If the idea needs to be worked through and tried out properly, the next step is a digital pre-project at a fixed price, which you know before anything is set in motion.
If you build on with us within 90 days, the pre-project is offset against the first stage. The terms are in writing before you say yes.
Which idea would you like to start with?
- A reply from one of us by the next business day.
- A no-obligation review of your situation.
- Clarity on which options are relevant to you.
- A concrete plan, if you choose to go ahead.
