We want to take something new to market

An idea for something new you want to sell or offer digitally. We help you find out whether it holds up before you build it.

When does it make sense?

  • You have an idea, but you are not sure the market wants it.
  • You want to test with real users before investing properly.
  • You want something concrete to show a board or an investor.

What it is about

The idea still lives only inside your own walls

A digital product is something other people have to use and pay for: a service, a platform or a tool alongside what you already do. The technology rarely decides whether it works. The answer to who pays, and why, does.

  1. Why anyone pays for it

A product gets bought because it removes work the buyer pays for in time today, not because it is new. The first people to say yes usually do so because they have already tried to solve it themselves.

  2. What you get to sell

You get something to sell that can take on more customers without you hiring one more for each. But if nobody owns the product after launch, it quietly withers.

  3. When the idea belongs in-house

If the idea is really a tool for your own operation, you get more for the money by building it for yourselves. And if you have only asked customers whether they like the sound of it, you still do not know: you know when somebody has paid.

A prototype is not a thin version of the finished product. It is the one question you are most unsure about, made concrete enough that a stranger can answer it by using it.

Try it on somebody first

A digital product only becomes real once somebody outside the company has used it.

A safe way in

How we start, without you committing to anything big

  1. Step 1

    Clarification meeting

A short conversation about the idea, and what we make of it at first glance. Free, and it commits you to nothing.

  2. Step 2

    Digital pre-project

We shape the idea, ask the questions that decide it, and build a prototype. You get a concrete proposal with the numbers behind it, and if the idea does not hold, we say so. A fixed price, offset against the first stage if you build on within 90 days.

  3. Step 3

    Development in stages

We build in stages at a fixed price and take what pays for itself fastest first. After that, operation and support from people who know the solution.

You can stop after each step, without the effort being wasted.

What it usually consists of

We settle the exact scope together

What yours has to do is something we work out in the pre-project. An idea like this one usually contains some of the following.

  1. A prototype you can show

Clickable or working, so the idea can be tried on real users.

  2. A plan for the first version

The smallest thing that proves the value, rather than everything at once.

  3. The road on from there

How the prototype becomes something customers can use and pay for.
