Q: Why not just adapt a standard system?

If a standard system fits closely enough, we will happily recommend it, because then you should not pay to build from scratch. But when the unusual part of your process is what makes you competitive, standard customisations tend to become the next workaround.

Q: Do we own the system afterwards?

What we build specifically for you is yours, code and data. You are never locked to us in order to use it, and we document the work so your own team or another supplier can carry it on.

Q: What does it cost, and how do we get started?

You start with a half-hour conversation where we narrow the problem down. If it needs to be worked through properly, we run a digital pre-project: two to three weeks at a fixed price, excluding VAT. You know the price before anything is set in motion, and it is offset against the first stage if you build on with us within 90 days.

Q: How long before we feel an effect?

The pre-project itself takes two to three weeks and gives you a basis for the decision right away. If we build something, it happens in stages, so you often see the first effect within weeks rather than months. We take what weighs most first, so the gain arrives early.

Q: What if it does not work, can we stop along the way?

You can stop after each step. Because we build in stages, you are never left with half a huge project, but with something usable that works on its own. If a pilot shows the gain is not there, we say so, and then you have not spent a large budget finding out.

Q: Do we own the code and our data afterwards?

You own the solution we build for you, and the data it runs on. If we use our own reusable modules to keep the price down, you get the right to use them, and we say clearly what is what. We document the work so your own team or another supplier can carry it on.

Q: You are a smaller agency. Do you fit a company our size?

We work both with large organisations such as Bygma and Nykredit and with smaller companies where one solution moves a lot. We document what we build, so it can be handed over and run on without us. If we get busy, we say so rather than promising a timeline we cannot keep.

A system built for you is a tool that follows your process, instead of you having to rebuild the process around the system. When a standard system is enough
If the job is bookkeeping, payroll or stock control by the book, there are finished systems that do it better and cheaper than anything we could build. And if all you lack is an overview of data you already have, a report often does it.

The system does not have to replace everything at once. It can begin with the one part of the work that is hardest to keep track of, and leave the rest where it is.
