Why this route
When the problem can be felt but not yet described
We start where it pays off. The workshop is the shortest route to that place when you can feel the hours disappearing but do not agree on where. Two meetings later you share one picture of the problem and a prioritised view of what is worth doing first.
It fits when several departments describe the same workflow differently, or when a decision is waiting for someone to pull the threads together. If the problem is already sharp, we usually go straight to the digital pre-project.

We present what we found, which routes are open, and what we would do first. You choose.

The price covers the whole process: both workshops, the preparation and the work in between.
