Development in stages is where the hours are saved and growth comes without more hands. Each stage has a fixed price and a result you can put to use before the next one begins. So you can stop when it makes sense, and continue when it pays off.
The usual route here runs through the digital pre-project, which is deducted from the first stage. If the task is already sharply defined, we start directly.

That is why development has no starting price. We give an estimate when we know enough to hold it — and say so if the scope does not justify the return.
