We have a process or an idea no finished system supports

The way you work is your own, so you live with workarounds.

Sound familiar?

  • You live with workarounds and spreadsheets
  • No off-the-shelf product quite fits you
  • The particular way you work is not supported

What this is about

Nobody has built a system for what you do

Bespoke software means a system built around your process rather than the other way round. No supplier has made a finished system for the particular way you solve the job. So spreadsheets, emails and a manual check hold it together instead.

  1. Why the shelf falls short

A standard system is built for what many companies do the same way, while your advantage lies in what you do differently. That step is exactly the one the standard product has no field for, so somebody solves it alongside.

  2. What the workarounds cost

Every home-made link depends on somebody remembering it, and the errors only show up afterwards. If you customise the standard system with code instead, you pay for that work again at every upgrade, where a configuration within the system's own limits stays in place.

  3. When a standard system is enough

If your process looks like what many others do, the answer is to configure better, not to build new. And a system that was never implemented properly is not rescued by a new one.

Bespoke does not mean one large system that has to be finished before anything works. A tightly scoped first version can take over the heaviest step and go into use while the rest carries on as it is.

Only build what nobody sells

What makes you hard to copy, we build. The rest we have built before.

The safe route

How we start, without you committing to anything big

  1. Step 1

    Clarification meeting

A short conversation about where there is most to gain, and what it is worth. Free and without obligation.

  2. Step 2

    Digital pre-project

We get to know how you actually work, and where a system can carry the process instead of workarounds. You get a concrete recommendation with numbers behind it, and if it does not pay off, we say so. A fixed price that is offset against the first stage if you build on within 90 days.

  3. Step 3

    Development in stages

We build in stages at a fixed price and take whatever pays for itself fastest first. After that, operation and support from the people who know the solution.

You can stop after each step without the effort being wasted.

What the solution usually consists of

We decide exactly what is needed together

Exactly what it takes, we work out together in the pre-project. A challenge like this one we usually solve with one or more of these approaches.

  • Digital advice Strategic use of technology and support for your processes, so you get overview, control and better insight into your own data. It is part of most projects.
  • System development A system built around your own process, when no off-the-shelf product quite fits.
