We want to sell more to the customers we already have

The repeat order and the obvious upsell are sitting there waiting, but nothing reminds the customer to buy again.

Sound familiar?

  • Repeat orders only happen when somebody remembers
  • Obvious upsell falls between two chairs
  • The customer buys elsewhere when you do not reach out

What this is about

The customer drifts away without saying anything

Silent attrition means the customer does not cancel and does not complain, but orders less and less often until she is gone. There is no conflict to react to, so nobody notices in time. One day you see that a dependable account has quietly gone dark.

  1. Why the follow-up slips

No task in the calendar is called ringing a customer who has not complained. It happens while everyone is busy with the new ones who get in touch by themselves.

  2. What the lost orders cost

The repeat order is the easiest one you have: the customer knows you and has said yes before. If another supplier wins it instead, it takes a whole new sale to get the customer back.

  3. When the need has gone

Customers may have stopped buying because the need is no longer there. Then there is nothing to follow up on, and a reminder makes no difference.

Upselling here means reminding the customer of the reorder or the next obvious product at the point where it fits. The reminder is built on your own buying patterns, so it meets a need rather than a list.

Do the sums backwards first

The fifteenth order of the day costs the same to handle as the first. That is where the sums are settled.

The safe route

How we start, without you committing to anything big

  1. Step 1

    Clarification meeting

A short conversation about where there is most to gain, and what it is worth. Free and without obligation.

  2. Step 2

    Digital pre-project

We look at your buying patterns and find the predictable repeat orders and upsells that fall between two chairs. You get a concrete recommendation with numbers behind it, and if it does not pay off, we say so. A fixed price that is offset against the first stage if you build on within 90 days.

  3. Step 3

    Development in stages

We build in stages at a fixed price and take whatever pays for itself fastest first. After that, operation and support from the people who know the solution.

You can stop after each step without the effort being wasted.

What the solution usually consists of

We decide exactly what is needed together

Exactly what it takes, we work out together in the pre-project. A challenge like this one we usually solve with one or more of these approaches.

  • Digital advice Strategic use of technology and support for your processes, so you get overview, control and better insight into your own data. It is part of most projects.
  • Automation Letting the system take over the predictable, repeated steps so your people do not have to.
  • Mobile apps An app for customers or staff, so the job can be done from a phone, also out in the field.
